The European Vision Institute invites nomination for the European Vision Award 2007. Deadline for submission of contributions is April 30th, 2007. Please, for further details visit the following link [>>].

1st young researchers workshop on vision and neurodegeneration. The workshop will be held on march 29 - 30, 2007 at the Seminaris Seehotel am Templiner See in Potsdam/Germany. A very interesting meeting will take place in Lindau June 25-30th, 2006 in Bavaria: the Lindau Nobel prizewinners Annual Meeting announced by the EUROPEAN COMMISSION (see original mail below).

For the first time Marie-Curie fellows are invited to put forward their candidacy for participating in the 2006 Lindau meeting which provides a unique opportunity to get in personal contact with the most outstanding researchers from around the world in an atmosphere of shared endeavour (see attachment for further details) [>>]
